And if we can’t help you we will tell you and refer you to a colleague that can.

We also find directness and clearly explaining the timeline and potential  resolution of your case establishes clear and fair expectations.

Born and raised in Philadelphia

Dan is a proud graduate of Northeast Catholic

High School ,  Villanova  Undergraduate 

& Temple University School of Law.

A former Philadelphia Assistant District Attorney, Member of Philadelphia City Council in the 90's Dan help guide Philadelphia out of financial ruin. He served as outside counsel to SEPTA, as a former Board Chairman of Philadelphia Community College and the Greater Northeast Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce  and founding member of the Philadelphia Board of Ethics. These are just a few of Dan's civic commitments to the City of Philadelphia.

Dan and his wife Rosemary have three adult children and four beautiful grandchildren. the entire family still calls the City Philadelphia home.
